What we collect

• Details you give us when you ask for a free growth analysis, start a free trial of one of our tools, register for an event, enquire about the Consulting Academy, request a strategy call, join a waitlist, subscribe to our emails or contact us. Usually your name, email address and company, plus anything you choose to tell us.
• Your growth analysis answers: type of business, industry, your department, company size and what you tell us about the company, so we can prepare your analysis.
• Tool results you create in your free trial account, which stay in that account.
• Campaign information, such as which page or advert brought you to the site (UTM parameters).
• Analytics data, only if you accept analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To provide what you asked for: your growth analysis, your trial account, your event place, your call or a reply.
• To send you follow-up emails related to what you asked for, where we have a legitimate interest or your consent.
• To send marketing emails, such as growth insights and event invites, only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To improve the site, using analytics if you consented.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the site and send email: Placeholder hosting provider, email delivery provider (Resend), email marketing platform, database provider, calendar provider and the platform that runs our growth tools. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and tool data for Placeholder 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you're a client, in which case we keep it for as long as needed for the engagement and our legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@traineverybrain.com and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
